Service Description

The sangha is the spiritual community of Buddhists on the path to enlightenment. It is an integral part of the Buddha’s teachings as we go for refuge from suffering to the Buddha, Dharma, and the Sangha. Being a part of a sangha helps you to grow. According to Thich Nhat Haha, "A sangha is a community of friends practicing the dharma together in order to bring about and to maintain awareness. The essence of a sangha is awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony and love. ”
