Thursday Meditation

Service Description

Every Thursday from 7pm - 8 pm in person and online, the sangha and any one interested in deepening their meditation practice can join us for mediation. Each week, there is a short guided meditation, silent meditation, and a short Buddhist teaching. All are welcome!
